Above are three buttons to some of the best microstock agencies in the world.
Shutterstock, iStockphoto, and Dreamstime are where you want to sell your pictures.
If you like photography, making money and have a digital camera,
I recommend you check out one of the above agencies and join the army of us amateurs
that are selling photos every day!

How It Works...

This is no joke or scam.
It cost nothing to join one of these microstock agencies.  Remember, the idea is that they pay you!
When you apply to be a contributing photographer, the different agencies will ask you to upload a few sample photos for evaluation.  They will get back to you in a few days or a few weeks depending on the agency and if your photos are up-to-snuff, you're in (it's easy, really).

You'll not get rich, but it's a lot of fun and it can put a few hundred bucks a month in your pocket.
I'm an IT manager, not a professional photographer.  But I've made back the cash I put out for camera equipment
5 fold by sell stock images.  You can too!

Not sure you know enough to do this?  Just joining one of these sites (especially Shutterstock) gives you access
to the forums where many talented photographers will gladly answer any question.  This is how I learned.

P.S. It's really cool to find one of your photos being used on the web.  Here's some of mine.

Here's a program I wrote and use every day.
The StockPhotoMaster program is a dedicated web browser designed to allow submitting stock photographers to check sales, copy keywords, run FTP (File Transfer Protocol) programs as well as your image editing and organizer programs. The program is FREE and designed to aid the stock photographer in uploading and checking photo sales.

Oh, did I mention IT'S FREE!
